DESCRIPTION

The potato soup is part of our new series of vegan soups. It contains yellow split peas for protein and Faroese seaweed, which gives a wonderful umami taste. The addition of seaweed gives a touch of the sea, and it is exactly the ingredient that makes you recognize it as part of Munkebo Seafood.

Each can is intended for one person, so it is easy to adjust the quantity in relation to the number of people – and this results in less food waste. In addition, it is easy to transport the soup if you need to take it to work, on a trip to the summer house or on an overnight stay in the open air.

The soup is heated in a pot or other container before serving, and it can be enjoyed with a piece of warm bread.

Water, potato (23.8%), leeks (8.0%),
split peas (6.9%), cellery (5.7%), canola oil, salt, dried seaweed
(0.5%), applecider vinegar, spices, cellery salt (0.3%).
Can contain traces of fish and shellfish.
