Irresistable trout mousse

INGREDIENTS

 
  • 1 tin of smoked trout from Munkebo Seafood

  • ½ chopped onion 

  • 1 tbsp. mayo 

  • 1 tbsp. creme fraiche

  • Lemon jouice 

  • Salt and pepper 

HOW TO

Here is an easy and delicious recipe for smoked trout mousse. Serve it as an appetizer or use it for lunch on a piece of toast. 

 

How to make the mousse:

  1. Finely dice half a red onion
  2. Open your tin of smoked trout and drain the fish. Put the trout in a bowl, large enough that you can add the rest of the ingredients.  
  3. In your bowl with the trout fillet, you now add your diced red onion, 1 tbsp. mayo, 1 tbsp. creme fraiche, lemon juice, salt and peber to taste
  4. Usea fork to stir the ingredients together. Make sure to take a part the trout fillet, for the ingredients to blend together well.
  5. Voilá!
