1 tin of smoked trout from Munkebo Seafood
½ chopped onion
1 tbsp. mayo
1 tbsp. creme fraiche
Lemon jouice

HOW TO
Here is an easy and delicious recipe for smoked trout mousse. Serve it as an appetizer or use it for lunch on a piece of toast.
How to make the mousse:
- Finely dice half a red onion
- Open your tin of smoked trout and drain the fish. Put the trout in a bowl, large enough that you can add the rest of the ingredients.
- In your bowl with the trout fillet, you now add your diced red onion, 1 tbsp. mayo, 1 tbsp. creme fraiche, lemon juice, salt and peber to taste
- Usea fork to stir the ingredients together. Make sure to take a part the trout fillet, for the ingredients to blend together well.
- Voilá!
