DESCRIPTION

Our new, vegan carrot soup contains lentils, sea buckthorn – and Faroese seaweed. The addition of seaweed lets you know it’s from Munkebo Seafood. In addition, the seaweed provides an umami taste, which gives a good rounding and depth to the soup.

All our vegan soups contain legumes, and the carrot soup here specifically contains lentils. The lentils provide protein and a good feeling of fullness, and the lentils also contribute vitamins and minerals, which are important for a varied and versatile diet.
